## coming soon Here are some first preliminary instructions: #1 Spread the fingers of your open hands and shake them slightly, imagining being really very nervous. Shortly after that, calmly close your hands to firm but gentle fists, and take your time to imagine and really feel being very calm. Now extend your thumbs and turn your fists to point the thumbs all the way down to point to the ground, and imagine being very negative, ie pessimistic, sad, angry and/or similar emotions. After a short time, turn your first so your thumbs point all the way up to the sky or ceiling, and and take your time to imagine and really feel being very positive, eg optimistic. Then lower your ok-fists very low and imagine having no energy left, ie feeling totally exhausted or tired or burned out. After a short time, hold them up high and take your time to imagine and really feel having a lot of energy. You may enhance this my imagining an energy stream or band or other source feeding you.
